What we collect, and how we handle it.

Effective June 28, 2026 · SAMDAM Mission Partners, LLC

We sell auditability and data governance, so we hold our own site to the same standard: collect only what you give us, be explicit about where it goes, and add no tracking you didn’t ask for.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to submit through our contact form — your name, work email, and (optionally) organization, phone number, area of interest, and message. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the site sets no tracking cookies.

How form submissions are handled

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc., a third-party form backend that transmits your submission to us by email. Your data passes through Formspree’s systems and is handled under Formspree’s privacy policy. This is the only point at which the site contacts a third party, and it happens only when you submit the form — never on page load.

Server logs

Our web server keeps standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and browser user-agent) for security and operational purposes — for example, to detect abuse. These logs are not used to profile or track visitors and are not combined with the contact information you submit.

How we use your information

We use what you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to conduct legitimate business follow-up. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We retain inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared, email info@samdam.biz. We’ll respond promptly.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our practices evolve; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
